BRSPDM "Margo Laras" Response to Cases of People with Mental Disabilities

PATI (September 23, 2019) - Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Mental Disabilities (BRSPDM) "Margo Laras" Pati responds to cases of mentally disabled persons displaced in Trangkil Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency. In one family there were two persons with disabilities displaced. They have not received the right treatment.
One of them can still communicate, while the other can not communicate and can not do their own activities, stay at home and sleep on the floor.
This activity is a follow-up to the results of the assessment by making a referral to Amino Gondohusodo Mental Hospital, Semarang. BRSPDM "Margo Laras" Pati also cooperates with Puskesmas Trangkil TKSK Pati Regency and Pati Resort Police.
Initially, the person with disability refused to be referred, but after being persuaded by officers finally agreed to get further treatment.
