Compilation of Profile of Handling of Persons with Disabilities in Autism
JAKARTA (September 24, 2019) - The Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Edi Suharto, gave direction in the activity of Compiling Profile of the Management of Persons with Disabilities of Autism in Indonesia at the Fave Hotel, Jakarta.
In his direction Edi said that this activity aims to develop a Country Profile.
"The Country Profile is used to provide conditions, data, handling and constraints and challenges faced in fulfilling the rights of persons with autism in Indonesia, so that it will be an important document for the fulfillment of disability rights, especially autism," explained Edi.
This activity was attended by 25 participants from Ministries and Institutions, namely the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Manpower, representatives of the Technical Implementing Unit (UPT) of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, and related units.
