BOGOR (February 14, 2020) - It is exactly 75 years ago when the PETA Uprising in Blitar occurred. The uprising against the invaders carried out by PETA is a proof that Indonesia is a nation that is not afraid of the invaders and has a strong determination to seize and defend independence and become a sovereign nation.

Director General of Social Empowerment Pepen Nazaruddin, along with the Director of PSDBS and the Director of K2KRS attended the Commemoration of the "Blitar PETA Uprising" Event at PETA Monument and Museum, Bogor, West Java.

The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate of Heroism, Pioneering, Solidarity and Social Restoration involves more and invites millennial young generation to always hold the heroism value. It because of young generation is Heroes In The Making who are currently on their way to be able to answer the challenges of the world.
