Fiber Boat Assistance for Fishermen Groups in Sikka Regency, NTT

Fishermen are vulnerable to falling into poverty if they are not given access or adequate fishing tools.

25 units of fiber boats were handed over by Social Minister Risma to 25 groups of fishermen in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara to help them become more prosperous. The fishing boats provided are made of fiber so they are lighter, weather resistant, easier to maintain, and have shorter production times. With a length of 10.5 meters and a width of 2 meters, this boat can accommodate up to 4 tons of fish.

Not only that, but the Minister of Social Affairs also handed over ATENSI assistance and directly had dialogue with the community to find out their needs.
