Get to know LAPOR!: People's Online Aspirations and Complaint Service

As Indonesian citizens, you must have had aspirations, complaints, or even suggestions about public services in this country. Starting from public complaints related to public services, complaints related to COVID-19, new habits in the pandemic era, and even complaints about the vaccination process.

All of these aspirations can now be conveyed directly to the Government via SP4N-LAPOR! People's Online Aspiration and Complaint Service or LAPOR! is part of the National Public Service Complaint Management System or SP4N which aims to make friends have one channel of aspirations nationally. SP4N-REPORT! managed directly by public service providers and coordinated by the Presidential Staff Office, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency and the United Nations Development Program Indonesia.

Aspirations, requests for information, and complaints can be submitted via www.lapor.go.id or SMS to 1708 or the Android or iOS application LAPOR!. On the REPORT! There is already a form that can be filled out directly. Using the REPORT app! is also as easy as running other smartphone applications that we usually use every day. Sending aspirations via SMS can be done by typing the contents of the report and submitting it to 1708. Don't forget to type in detailed and clear information so that it can be processed and managed in an easy, integrated, and complete manner by the relevant agencies.
