JAKARTA
(June 16, 2021) - The Ministry of
Social Affairs continues to improve data on social assistance, including the
conditional social assistance program for the Family Hope Program (PKH), so
that there are no more overlapping data on social assistance recipients.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Tri
Rismaharini explained that together with her staff, her party is tidying up and
ensuring the accuracy of the dual data on social assistance beneficiaries in
the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) which must be matched with the
Population Identification Number (NIK) so that it can truly be a reference for
all program distribution of social assistance.
"We are not standing still. We, assisted
by the companions of social assistance fund for beneficiaries, PKH HR, continue
to move to improve duplicate data by involving the Regional Government and
Dukcapil," said the Minister of Social Affairs some time ago during a
Working Meeting with Commission VIII DPR RI in Jakarta.
The double data in question is the existence
of multiple names of social assistance recipients with the same NIK. To
overcome this, said the Minister of Social Affairs, it is done by eliminating the
double names so that only one name remains. These dual names are found in the
PKH social assistance and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT)/Basic Food Program.
Responding to the Minister of Social's
instructions, PKH Human Resources (HR) immediately updated the data on the
e-PKH application. "We welcome messages and instructions from the Minister
of Social Affairs to repair and update data in the e-PKH
application," said PKH Coordinator for the DKI Jakarta Province, Andi
Mawardi, when met in his office.
e-PKH is a digital-based breakthrough made by
the Ministry of Social Affairs to improve data accuracy and ensure that the
distribution of social assistance runs effectively.
e-PKH facilitates the validation process of
prospective PKH recipients without paper and files because it can calculate
social assistance automatically can enter the results of verification of the
commitment of Beneficiary Families (KPM) quickly, and monitor the
implementation of Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2) on an ongoing basis.
"The process is ongoing, of course, there
needs to be data collected by PKH HR friends, such as supporting KK and ID
cards that are juxtaposed, to become a reference for PKH HR companion
to update PKH KPM data on the e-PKH application," he explained.
In principle, he continued, PKH Facilitator is responsible for correcting the data for each assisted KPM in his working area in e-PKH application.
