Oh yeah, if you find problems related to social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs that are wrongly targeted, there is fraud, or illegal fees. You can submit a complaint directly to the Ministry of Social Assistance Hotline Number 0811 10 222 10, or you can also via email at bansoscovid19@kemsos.go.id.

Your complaint will be followed up immediately so that the same problem does not occur at the next distribution. But remember, this is not a hotline for registering social assistance recipients.
