Healthy Walk and Social Service of PKH Kebumen
Kebumen (January 15,
2023) - Healthy Walk and Social Service event in Sempor District was held on
January 15, 2023, at Bejiruyung Sempor Village Field. Around 3000 Beneficiary
Families (KPM) from 16 villages attended this activity.

Sugiyanto accompanied by the head of PKK Kebumen driving team Iin Windarti Arif
Sugiyanto was directly present at the activity. Also present were OPD leaders,
Forkompimcam, PKH Regional Coordinator for Central Java, PKH Coordinator in the
Regency and District Levels. Activities themed "One Concern Grows Millions
of Happiness"
In his speech, the
Regent welcomed the activity. According to him, activities like this can grow
the community's economy. Furthermore, the regent said that development in
Kebumen Regency could run thanks to the collaboration of all parties.
The Regent said that
currently Kebumen has grown to become the district with the highest handling of
poverty in Central Java with a percentage of 1.4%, where normally it only
reaches zero point.
"Thank God, Kebumen
is growing and yesterday alleviating poverty, thanks to the hard work of PKH companions
and all of you, is among the highest in poverty alleviation." said Regent
Arif Sugiyanto.
However, Kebumen still
ranks as the poorest district because the ratio is quite far. For this reason,
there is a need for synergy between assistance programs from the Regency
Government, the Council, to Government in the Village Level.
The Regent also invited
the community to hone independence, one of which was by utilizing the yard
around the house as productive land so that it could become food security for
the family. Mothers are also encouraged to understand family nutrition which is
one of the knowledge to overcome the problem of stunting.
Healthy walk covers a
distance of 4 km. In addition to healthy walks, there are social service
activities in the form of compensation for orphans or poor people, appreciation
for achieving KPM PKH children directly given by the regent.
On that occasion, the
regent also handed over a symbolic motorbike to PKH Military Command and
Central Java fast assistance worth 10 million for PKH HR.
In addition, there was also the signing of a
joint commitment by the regent, invited guests and participants in the
framework of Sempor District PKH to support the stunting-free movement. There
were hundreds of door prizes distributed by the committee, with the main door
prizes being mountain bikes, refrigerators and washing machines.
