Minister of Social Affairs: RT/RW Do Not Rely on the Data, As Long As It Is Equal

When directly observing the distribution of basic necessities in the field, the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara asked the RW and RT heads not only to rely on the data provided. The Minister of Social Affairs gave the authority to the heads of RW and RT to divert basic food assistance to families who had not received basic necessities at all.

This step was taken by the Minister of Social Affairs to resolve the polemic regarding the data on social assistance recipients which were considered to be not on target and uneven. According to the Minister of Social Affairs, these problems can be resolved at the RT RW level in mutual cooperation.
