SOUTHEAST ACEH (16 April 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs  distributed housing materials (BBR) of IDR 1,375,000,000 to 55 households affected by the flash flood disaster in 2018.

 

The BBR assistance was handed over by the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Social Recovery and Strengthening, Pudak Bektiwidari, representing the Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims, M. Safii Nasution, symbolically to the Deputy Regent of Southeast Aceh, Bukhari, and representatives of beneficiaries.

 

Present to the occasion, Deputy Regent, Bukhari, Regional Secretary, M. Ridwan, Head of Social Services, Sadly, and representatives of the Aceh Provincial Social Service, Yayan, as well as representatives of Bank Mandiri in the North Sumatra area.

 

The assistance provided will be used for the construction of houses that have been severely/totally damaged by the disaster. Until now, the victims are still taking refuge independently in their families and relatives’ houses.
