Ministry of Social Affairs Provides Atensi Aid to 60 Persons with Disabilities in Tasikmalaya Regency
SINGAPARNA (March 3, 2023) – Ministry of Social Affairs through Pangudi
Luhur Bekasi Integrated Center is distributing ATENSI aid to PPKS (Social
Welfare Service Recipients) for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Persons
with Hearing and Speech Disabilities at Panti Guna (Social Rehabilitation
Center) Sholihah Aisyiyah, Tasikmalaya Regency.
ATENSI aid that was distributed was basic food
packages, school supplies, personal hygiene, and nutrition for PPKS totaling 60
people who were recipients of services at Panti Guna Sholihah Aisyiyah located
on Jalan Kampus Muhammadiyah Cikadokan RT 001/008 Singaparna Village,
Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency.
PPKS fostered by Panti Guna Sholihah who live in
the orphanage are children from various areas in West Java province, they are
given access to education from elementary to the high school level. They generally
attend schools owned by Aisyiyah Foundation in Tasikmalaya Regency, which is
located in the same location as the orphanage.
Leader of Sholihah Aisyiyah Hj. Sukaesah
expressed her gratitude to the Minister of Social Affairs who has provided ATENSI
aid given to our children, I hope this assistance will be useful for them, and
will be even more enthusiastic about achieving their dreams as children in
general.
Cheerful and happy smiles appeared on their
faces when they received the assistance handed over by officers from Pangudi
Luhur Bekasi Integrated Center.
The donation ceremony was attended by Tasikmalaya
Regency Social Office and all administrators of Tasikmalaya Regency Panti Guna Sholihah
Aisyiyah.
