Ministry of Social Affairs Reaches Persons with Mental Disabilities Victims of Stocks at Pagar Alam
PAGAR ALAM (October 17th, 2019) - Outreach Program through the Case Response activity for Persons with Mental Disabilities (PDM) mounting victims of held again by "Dharma Guna" Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Mental Disabilities (BRSPDM) Bengkulu in collaboration with "Budi Perkasa"Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Physical Disabilities (BRSPDF) Palembang. This activity was carried out in the Pagar Alam City, South Sumatra based on information and requests from the Social Service in the city.
The The Quick Response Team led directly by the Head of "Dharma Guna" BRSPDM Bengkulu, Dardi was received by the Acting (Plh) Regional Secretary, Yapani Rahim and Assistant II of Pagar Alam City Government along with related OPD staff in the meeting room. Dardi reviewed the implementation of the New Platform Cluster 5 Social Progress Program (Progress 5.0 NP) conducted by the rehabilitation center in this hearing.
Case Response Activities in the City of Pagar Alam carried out for three days on Octobe,r 16-18 2019 to evacuate 16 PDM spread across five districts, namely in the Pagar Alam Selatan District as many as six PDM, North Dempo District as much as three PDM, North Pagar Alam as much as two PDM , Central Dempo District with three PDM and South Dempo District with two PDM.
"I hope that the City Government through the Social Service and Health Service Agencies can continue the process of service to the intended PDM after the case response activity," concluded Dardi.
Plh. Regional Secretary of Pagar Alam City, Yapani Rahim expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through "Dharma Guna" BRSPDM Bengkulu and "Budi Perkasa" BRSPDF Palembang who have implemented case responses in the City of Pagar Alam and hoped that other programs could also be implemented in this area.
