Phalamartha Center in Sukabumi Implements HR Competency Improvement to Support Multi-Service Implementation
SUKABUMI (November 9, 2022) - The change in the concept of social
rehabilitation services carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs to become
Multi-Service, requires the technical implementation unit to be able to develop
the capacity and competence of its human resources to achieve excellent and
appropriate multi-service objectives.
On this occasion, Phalamartha Center in Sukabumi as
one of the Units of the Ministry of Social Affairs carried out capacity-building activities for all employees and was filled in by two speakers.
The speaker on the first day was Adityo Herlambang,
a hypnotherapy practitioner with the material 'Introduction to Hypnotherapy in
Social Work Practice'.
On the second day, the activity was filled
by a speaker from Save the Children, Rendiansyah Putra Dinata who presented
material on Comprehensive Assessment of Children as Victims of Violence.
The
activity was opened by the Head of Administration Subdivision, Sarmauli Tamba
who expressed his hope that the implementation of this activity could positively impact the quality of services provided at "Phalamartha"
Center Sukabumi to all Social Welfare Service Recipients.
