BANDUNG (May 28, 2021) - Graduation Technical Guidelines (Juknis) are guidelines compiled to increase the number of Independent Family Beneficiaries (KPM) Graduations for Family Hope Program (PKH) HR. Including the procedures and mechanisms for Independent Graduation, as well as guidelines for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Independent Graduation, The preparation of juknis must be clear.
Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security (Linjamsos), Robben Rico, in the Review Activity of the KPM PKH Graduation Technical Guidelines in Bandung, Thursday night (27/5), reminded the main goal of PKH, which is to improve welfare by raising the economic level of underprivileged communities. Meanwhile, according to him, the conditional assistance provided to KPM does not reflect that goal.
Through the Juknis review, he emphasized that the drafters of the Technical Guidelines should have the same perception of the definition of graduation, as well as include supporting activities that are empowering for KPM, so as to ensure that KPM who will be graduating are truly 'mental', able to be released, and financially empowered.
Furthermore, the Technical Guidelines for the Graduation of KPM PKH are expected to be even more planned in the graduation process by focusing on the Prosperous Graduation.
