JAKARTA (November 3, 2020) - The Evaluation of the Development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) has entered the third stage. The third stage is the implementation of the Integrity Zone Presentation Towards Corruption Free Zone (WBK) / Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) carried out by 13 work units who have passed this stage, namely "Mulya Jaya" Social Rehabilitation Center for Ex-Women with Social Deviance Issues (BRSEWTS) Jakarta, "Paramita" Social Rehabilitation Center for Children in  Need of Special Protection (BRSAMPK) Mataram, "Handayani" BRSAMPK in Jakarta, "Budhi Luhur" Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Mental Disabilities (BRSPDM) in Banjarbaru, "Dharma Guna" BRSPDM in Bengkulu, "Pangudi Luhur" Social Rehabilitation Center for Ex-Homeless and Beggar (BRSEGP) in Bekasi,  "Satria" Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victim (BRSKPN) in Baturraden, "Tan Miyat" Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Visual Disabilities (BRSPDSN) in Bekasi, "Toddopuli" BRSAMPK in Makassar, "Margo Laras" BRSPDM in Pati, "Phala Martha" BRSPDM in Sukabumi, "Kahuripan" Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with HIV (LRSODH) in Sukabumi and the Directorate General of Poverty Handling.

This year's presentation is quite different from previous years due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If usually the evaluator team from KemanpanRB saw presentations and visited the proposed work units directly, this year the presentations were held online via video conference. Of the thirteen work units that passed, three video conference sessions were held to accommodate presentations.

Each work unit is given a presentation time of 15 to 20 minutes, followed by a 45 minute question and answer session. The head of each work unit plays a major role in presenting the work unit. Each session was attended by two teams of Integrity Zone Development Evaluators heading to WBK/WBBM, 1 representative of the Internal Assessment Team (Inspectorate General) and representatives from the work unit.

The presentation presented must cover several things, including the ZI Development Reform Progress, identification and mitigation of integrity risks in service delivery, service innovation and integrity strengthening to prevent Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, implementation in six development areas. In addition to these things, the satker must also prepare a ZI Development profile and video/tour office video that has been uploaded on the Youtube channel. The link from the video and any supporting evidence from the work units should also be included in the presentation.

The ZI Development evaluator team appreciates all the efforts taken by the Ministry of Social Affairs in building an Integrity Zone towards a Corruption Free Area and a Clean Service Bureaucratic Region. In this presentation, the evaluator team also praised the website managed by "Handayani" Center Jakarta. This website can be used as a model for other work units in providing public service information.

Meanwhile, Yusup Ari, a representative of the Internal Assessment Team from the Inspectorate General also expressed his appreciation to the work unit who had made efforts to reach this stage. The Internal Assessment Team hopes that the satkers that have successfully passed to the third stage can succeed in getting the WBK predicate. Furthermore, the Internal Assessment Team considered that the intensity of the meetings needed to be increased so that the next ZI development process was more systematic and measurable.
