"Prof. Dr. Soeharso" BBRSPDF Intervention of Family-Based Social Rehabilitation (RSBK)
WONOGIRI (October 3rd, 2019) Surakarta Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Physical Disabilities (BBRSPDF) “Prof. Dr. Soeharso” is holding outreach activity for Family-Based Social Rehabilitation in Pracimantoro District, Wonogiri Regency. Intervention activities started with mapping areas targeted by RSBK, followed by initial data collection activities in the form of identification activity, assessment and verification of prospective service recipient data.
The RSBK intervention activity in Wonogiri Regency is one out of eight location for RSBK outreach activity which is Magelang Regency, Parakan District in Temanggung Regency, Mejayan District, and Gemarang Regency in Madiun District, Magetan District, and Gunung Kidul in Yogyakarta.
RSBK activities carried out for three days, October 1-3 2019 and attended by 50 service recipients and 50 family facilitator. The types of skills are culinary and goat farming. There are 5 recipients for culinary participant and 45 recipients for goat farming.
Suwartono as a Head of Wonogiri Social Services Agency greatly appreciated this activity and thanked those who provided assistance in the form of this RSBK activity.
“We hope that the assistance provided can help develop the capabilities of each recipient,” Suwartono said.
In the same activity, the Surakarta Head of BBRSPDF Social Rehabilitation Technical Service "Prof. Dr. Soeharso", Munawari hopes that the participants of RSBK in Wonogiri District can increase income and help themselves.
