BEKASI (November 1, 2019) - Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, Idit Supriadi Priatna along with the Effective Team for the Project for the Amendment of the Draft Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs concerning Standardization of Facilities and Infrastructure for Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation carried out a Public Test of the draft Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs regulations.

This is a form of response to the Progress 5.0 NP branding initiative and the mandate for further social rehabilitation, especially in a serious transformation of organizational and management arrangements to prepare the UPT Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation in implementing Progress 5.0 NP.

The Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation said that in order to accelerate the implementation of the New Perspectives of the Social Rehabilitation Program in Five Clusters (Progress 5.0 NP) and the transformation of the Orphanage into Hall, it is necessary to have regulations governing the standardization of necessary infrastructure. This is to support the implementation of advanced social rehabilitation in five UPT clusters in the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, namely the cluster of children, persons with disabilities, victims of drug abuse, social disabilities and victims of human trafficking, and the elderly.

"The facilities and infrastructure in each cluster has different technical specifications, so the standards are different," said Idit.

In addition to drafting the Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation on Standardization of UPT Facilities, this Change Project also prepares an application for the Infrastructure Standard Management Information System (SIM SARPRAS), which on this occasion is also simulated.

The activity was carried out for three days starting from 31 October-2 November 2019 at Hotel Amarossa Bekasi with a total of 60 participants consisting of the Head of UPT, Head of the Administration for the Directorate, Head of Section at the Secretariat, Personnel Analysts and from other elements.
