Pusdiklatbangprof Holds Basic Training for Civil Servant Candidates of Kemendikbudristek
Jakarta (July 1, 2022) - MoSA through the Center for Education,
Training, and Professional Development (Pusdiklatbangprof) opened the Basic
Training for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) within the Ministry of Education,
Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This training is in line
with Law Number 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus (UU ASN) and refers to the
provisions of Article 63 paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) of the ASN Law, where
CPNS are required to undergo a probationary period which is carried out through
an integrated training process for build moral integrity, honesty, spirit, and
motivation of nationalism, superior and responsible personality character, and
strengthen professionalism and competence in the field.
This training is a collaboration between Pusdiklatbangprof
and Kemendikbudristek, located at the Pusdiklatbangprof campus on Jl. Margaguna
Raya No. 1, South Jakarta, is attended by 120 people and the implementation is
Blended Learning. In this learning model, participants will be divided into 3
(three) stages, namely: (1) Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), (2) Learning
Management System (LMS), and (3) Classical, which is carried out with a total
of Lesson hours are 647 with details of 48 Hours for Independent Learning using
Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) equivalent to 16 working days, 217 hours for
E-Learning or equivalent to 22 working days, and 320 hours for Actualization or
equivalent to 30 working days and 62 hours or equivalent to 7 days.
