Pusdiklatkessos Held TOT Puskesos SLRT by e-Learning
JAKARTA (9 February 2021) - In
order to prepare teaching staff for the implementation of the SLRT Puskesmas
Management Training at the Regional I-VI Center for Social Welfare Education
and Training (BBPPKS), the Pusdikat Kesos held a Training of Trainers (ToT).
The ToT activity was attended
by 86 participants who were divided into Batch 1 and Batch 2, whose
participants came from widyaiswara and training organizers at BBPPKS Regional
I-VI.
Given the pandemic situation
that has not ended and to optimize the use of IT, this activity is carried out
by e-Learning with a full online model consisting of Asynchronous and
Synchronous learning.
When Asynchronous participants
will learn independently through the Ministry of Social Affairs Learning
Management System (LMS) on the elearning.kemsos.go.id website, this LMS is
designed as well and as attractive as possible so that participants can learn
optimally.
Before the Asynchronous
learning was held, a zoom meeting was held on Monday, February 8, 2021 to
provide a technical explanation delivered by Pak Suprapto as the Head of the
DKSM then an explanation of the ToT guidelines by Mr. Joyakin Tampublon as the
ToT teacher and an explanation of the use of LMS by Mr. Haryadi, always an IT
admin.
After getting an explanation then accessing the LMS to carry out learning.
