The award was handed over directly by the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of DKI Jakarta Province, Ludiro and received by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security, Justina Dwi Noviantari.

"It is not easy to get this nominee because only the best five were selected from a total of 186 work units under KPPN VII. This award is an appreciation to the work units that have managed their budgets well, including the Ministry of Social Affairs. Without hard work and cooperation, it is impossible for this achievement to be achieved, ”explained Noviantari.

IKPA is one of the tools that will become a tool for monitoring evaluation and fostering work unit budget execution. The Ministry of Social Affairs as one of the institutions with the best IKPA score in 2019 received four kinds of awards.

Ludiro also emphasized that the achievements obtained by the Ministry of Social Affairs proved that the budget execution was smooth. "This is important to be a common concern because the role of the Ministry of Social Affairs, one of which is social spending, in order to provide social protection to people who are part of the social safety net, which is the government's priority," he explained again.

He said that the distribution of social assistance is closely related to the government's efforts to reduce poverty so that its smoothness needs to be maintained because it has a big impact on society.

"This also has an impact on the poverty rate so that it can continue to decline. Likewise, people's purchasing power is maintained by the various social assistance programs introduced by the government," he concluded.
