BATAM (June 7, 2022) - The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini visited and greeted the Suku Laut in Kasu Village, Belakang Padang District, Batam City, Riau Islands. During her visit, the Minister of Social Affairs had a dialogue with the people of the Suku Laut on three islands, namely residents of Bertam Island, Lingka Island, and Gara Island, Tuesday afternoon (7/6). The dialogue was held at the community center on Bertam Island. Residents convey what is needed there.

After the dialogue, Social Affairs Minister Risma visited the ATENSI Creation Center 'Kedai Bertam Pesisir' on Bertam Island and had lunch there.
