BITUNG (3 June 2021) - After the Disaster Preparedness Village (KSB) was established in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province for the first time in 2015 in Girian Bawah Village, this year, the Ministry of Social Affairs facilitated the establishment of two more KSBs namely Girian Weru Satu Village, Girian District and Manembo-nembo Village, Matuari District.

To the Ministry of Social Affairs, represented by a Social Worker of PSKBA Directorate, Dika Yudhistira Rizqi, at the Bitung Mayor's Office, the Head of the North Sulawesi Provincial Social Service, Rinny Tamuntuan welcomed this KSB facilitation activity.

A total of 60 people from each kelurahan, who later became KSB administrators, were given introductions, material supplies, and 3 days disaster simulation training, starting from June 3-5 as the peak of the KSB inauguration.
