PANGANDARAN (31 March 2021) - Social Minister Tri Rismaharini attended the peak of the 17th Tagana (Disaster Preparedness Cadets) Anniversary event which was centered on the East Coast of Pangandaran, West Java, Wednesday (31/3). On that occasion, the Social Minister also confirmed 1,000 Pangandaran fishermen to become Tagana's Comrades. The 17th Tagana anniversary series from Monday (28/3) to Tuesday (30/3) was filled with a training agenda for Water Rescue, Vertical Rescue and Emergency First Aid for Tagana personnel.

The highlight of the Tagana anniversary event was attended by the Regent of Pangandaran, Jeje Wiradinata, the former Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister, who is currently the Chairman of the Traditional Fishermen's Union, Susi Pujiastuti, Governor of West Java, represented by the Head of the Social Office, Dodo Suhendar, the Director General of Social Protection and Security, Pepen Nazaruddin, Director General for Poverty Handling, Asep Sasa Purnama, Head of the Education, Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S), Syahabuddin, Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Security, Robben Rico, and Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims (PSKBA), M. Safii Nasution, as well as officials within the Ministry of Social Affairs.
