13 Years of PKH Proven in Opening Access to Health and Education Services
BELITUNG
(18 December 2020) - Director of Family Social
Security (JSK), Rachmat Koesnadi, mentioned the importance of the Family Hope
Program (PKH) to have the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards
(SKKNI). This was conveyed during the SKKNI Verification Design of PKH Human
Resources (SDM) activities.
Rachmat said that for thirteen years PKH in Indonesia has been proven to
help Beneficiary Families (KPM) in access to health services, education, social
welfare and financial inclusion. "So, PKH HR should have its own
certification," said Rachmat in Belitung, Friday (18/12).
In addition, Rachmat also hoped that the PKH HR RSKKNI would be implementable
and in accordance with the main duties and functions of PKH HR. "We hope
that RSKKNI SDM PKH will provide certainty and become the basis for the
formulation of a PKH HR management system starting from employment status, certification
schemes, remuneration systems, and career paths," he hoped.
Briefly, he also reminded the importance of all PKH HR positions in the
Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No.1 of 2018 to be accommodated in this
RSKKNI.
"If all positions are accommodated, this will strengthen the
implementation of PKH as a national priority program," he added.
Particularly, he expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the efforts
of all parties who have supported the preparation of the PKH HR RSKKNI.
"Especially, the Social Worker and Social Counselor Professional
Development Center (Pusbangprof Peksos Pensos) has overseen PKH HR RSKKNI since
2019," said this bespectacled man.
The PKH HR RSKKNI Verification Activity was attended by experts and practitioners
from the Social Work Certification Institute, Community Empowerment LSP,
Community Empowerment Facilitator LSP / KMN READSI Program of the Ministry of
Agriculture, Community Empowerment Consultants, Directorate General of
Community Development for the Village Government of the Ministry of Home
Affairs, National Consultants for the Ministry's Municipal Program, Ministry of
