JAKARTA (October 24, 2019) - Head of General Division of the Director General of General Social Rehabilitation, Herman Koswara accompanied by the Head of the "Melati" Pujiyanto Social Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Drugs "Dani Widarman and Head of the Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Deaf Sensory Disabilities (BRSPDSRW)" Melati "Pujiyanto coordinating internally related to staffing and public services for the Head of Subdivision of UPT Administration in Jabodetabek and West Java.

The activity that took place at the Bambu Apus Jakarta Information and Education Center (PIE), carried material on Challenges and Career Opportunities for Civil Servants in realizing bureaucratic reform towards Advanced Indonesian Superior HR.

On this occasion a technical socialization was also conducted by the Head of Sub Division of Staffing of the Secretariat Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation Wahyu Dewanto regarding the Counseling Information System (SiKeling) for employees within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation. The application is one of the innovations that are expected to support bureaucratic reform, particularly the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation staffing services.

In addition to discussing challenges and opportunities for civil servants and SiKeling applications, the Head of the General Sub division also emphasized that the routine coordination of the Head of Sub divisions of the Jabodetabek and West Java UPT Administration is an unwritten instrument to measure the consistency and optimism of employees in facing changes in opportunities and challenges to be faced. The Head of General Division also advised that all civil servants of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation to be wise in using social media.
