Yani Is Not Disappointed Being Terminated From PKH, Why Is It So?

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance. The main requirement is that they come from underprivileged families who have a component of school children, pregnant women, early childhood, severe disability, and the elderly. Thus, even though a family is still in a preprosperous condition but when it does not have these components, PKH assistance cannot be given.

Even so, the family is acquired to receive other social assistance such as Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Healthy Indonesia Program Assistance, and other kinds of assistance.

Maryani is not disappointed. She thanked to PKH for delivering their two children graduated from school, even his first child now had gotten a bachelor degree.

This was experienced by Maryani (55) who belong to a recipient of PKH social assistance from 2008 to 2017. Even though the condition of her own family in Mlati Subdistrict, Sleman Regency was still prosperous, but because her two children had graduated from school, since then Maryani has no longer registered as a recipient PKH or have been terminated.
