Nine KPM PKH Toba Children Pass the 2021 PTKKN National Selection
TOBA (May 11, 2021) - A total of nine children from Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Toba Regency, North Sumatra passed the 2021 National Selection (Selnas) for State Christian Religious Universities (PTKKN) through the portfolio route (academic and non-academic achievements academic).
All of them were declared graduates after taking part in the Beta College Movement, which is a collaboration between PKH Toba Human Resources, through the Toba Regency Social Office, and the Tarutung State Christian Religion Institute (IAKN) last April.
"This proves that the KPM PKH Toba children have academic and non-academic achievements, both as proven by certificates and other evidence, which are considered to have added value (portfolio) in this selection," said the PKH District Coordinator. Toba, Rammen Andino Sinaga.
The nine KPM children each came from Balige District, namely Tanica Simatupang and Christofel Ronny Tambunan who were accepted into the Christian Education Management Department using the KIP route. Then, from Bonatua District, Lunasi Tiur Lasmaria Butar-Butar and Dahlia J. Butar-Butar were accepted into the Christian Religious Education Department using the Non-KIP route.
Furthermore, from Habinsaran District, namely Erwin D. Pardosi, Bakti Pane, and Justika E. Lubis in the Department of Cultural Tourism; Rinaldy Pane in the Department of Church Music Education, and Hotmaria Panjaitan in the Department of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) with the KIP pathway.
Knowing that nine KPM PKH children in his area had passed the 2021 Selnas PTKKN pathway at IAKN Tarutung, the Head of the Toba Social Office, Rajaipan O. Sinurat, congratulated and thanked IAKN Tarutung for their collaboration in the 2021 Beta College Movement.
He hopes that more and more KPM PKH Toba children will continue their education to university level. "Hopefully this activity can continue until next year. "I also advise all PKH Toba human resources to continue to follow up on KPM PKH children who will take part in the available selection routes," he said in a serious tone.
Meanwhile, Rinaldy Pane and Tanica Simatupang, representing the Beta College Movement participants who were contacted via short message, expressed their gratitude for the guidance from PKH Toba HR.
"Thank you very much for the guidance of the PKH assistants who helped us pass the national selection so we can continue our education at IAKN Tarutung this year," said the two.
