Social Affairs Minister Checks Progress of Clean Water Installation and Shell Waste Processing Machine in Cilincing

Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini confirmed that the Ministry of Social assistance to address social problems in North Jakarta's Cilincing Coast has shown progress. For this reason, the Minister of Social Affairs inspected the Installation of Clean Water and Machines for the Production of Hebel Bricks from Shells in Kalibaru Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta, Thursday (22/12).

The implementation is managed jointly by Karang Taruna, Peace Pioneers, PKH HR, to Disaster Preparedness cadet volunteers (Tagana). Previously, in November 2022, Social Minister Risma had conducted a dialogue with Kalibaru residents about existing social problems.

On the same occasion, the Minister of Social Affairs handed over assistance consisting of Social Harmony assistance, Integrated Welfare Homes (RST), Social Rehabilitation Assistance (Atensi), accessibility assistance for persons with disabilities, and assistance for orphans. Attention Assistance for 144 people in the form of Entrepreneurship and basic food packages worth IDR 308,445,500; orphan assistance for 105 children with a total of IDR 63,000,000 or IDR 600,000/child.
