WEST BANGKA (December 17, 2021) - The Director General of Poverty Handling (PFM), Asep Sasa Purnama inspected the location for the Social Rehabilitation of Uninhabitable Houses (RS-Rutilahu) in West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The location for the distribution of RS-Rutilahu by the Director General of PFM is in Tanjung Village, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province where the location is close to the coast.

 

The review activity was carried out by the Director General of PFM by observing several rehabilitated houses and interacting directly with the beneficiaries. The RS-Rutilahu assistance provided in Bangka Belitung was allocated to 50 beneficiaries, with details of 25 beneficiaries in West Bangka Regency and 25 beneficiaries in South Bangka Regency.

 

The nominal assistance provided is Rp. 20 million/beneficiary so that the total assistance of RS-Rutilahu in Bangka Belitung is Rp. 1 billion.

 

On that occasion, the Director General of PFM said that the assistance was expected to benefit the recipients of better housing. "With the assistance so that later KPM can get better housing," said the Director General of PFM.

 

In addition, RS-Rutilahu is a form of program to rebuild the spirit of cooperation in the community. "Hopefully assistance from various parties and of course the surrounding community, it is hoped that the spirit of cooperation in building more decent housing can be created," said the Director General of PFM.

 

Present on the occasion were representatives of the Social and Community Empowerment Office, and Villages of West Bangka Regency, Representatives of the Region I PFM Directorate, as well as community leaders in Tanjung Village.
