BOGOR (September 25, 2019) - The Directorate of Poverty Handling (PFM) Region I organized the Social Assistance Consolidation and Reconciliation with State Bank Association (Himbara) and the Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum Bulog).

"The consolidation and reconciliation activities are carried out every month by the Directorate of PFM Region I which function is to carry out evaluation of distribution with Himbara and Bulog," said AM Asnandar as Director of PFM Region I when conveying his direction at a hotel in Bogor City (9/25).

AM Asnandar stated that Himbara and Perum Bulog as institutions related to the distribution of food assistance in order to harmonize existing data, so that it can be known how much the distribution realization during expansion I and II.

"We hope that the results of the activities carried out for the next three days, Himbara and Perum Bulog will immediately return social assistance funds that have not yet been received by the Beneficiary Families (KPM) to be returned to the state treasury," said AM Asnandar.

The social assistance fund that still exists at this channeling institution, continued AM Asnandar, could be due to KPM data that have not yet met the requirements.

"It could also be that social assistance funds that still exist in channeling institutions are caused by KPM not conducting transactions or the possibility of being unable to be channeled due to geographical area. This passive data is what we have to change so that eligible KPMs can get their rights," added AM Asnandar in end of his direction.

Also present at the event were representatives from Himbara, Perum Bulog, Finance Bureau, Inspectorate General and Pusdatin Kessos.
