pandemic in Indonesia has not ended, the Ministry of Social Affairs through the
Directorate General of Poverty Handling continues to accelerate the
distribution of Social Assistance to the community so that Beneficiary Families
(KPM) can be helped to reduce the burden of spending during the Covid-19
Pandemic. 19.
The team from the Directorate General of
Poverty Handling (Ditjen PFM) was led by Asep Sasa Purnama, accompanied by the
Secretary of the Directorate General of Poverty Handling Beni Sujanto, and the
Director of Poverty Handling Region III, I Wayan Wirawan together with the Inspector
General, Dadang Iskandar who was accompanied by the Inspector General Auditor
Team of the Ministry of Social Affairs carried out monitoring of the progress
of the distribution of the basic food program in Magelang Regency/City, Central
Java Province (1/8).
The monitoring was carried out to follow up on
community reports which stated that there was an alleged discrepancy in the
distribution of the Basic Food Program in Magelang Regency. The monitoring
activity begins with a meeting with the Head of the Regional Police (Kapolda)
of Central Java Province, Ahmad Luthfi, the meeting
was held to coordinate and consolidate the police escort in the distribution of
the basic food program to comply with the 6 T principles, namely Right on time,
Right on target, Right on quantity, Right on price, Right on quality, and Right
on administration. At the meeting it was stated that "we have coordinated
and penetrated the implementation of the distribution of social assistance in
Central Java Province so that it can run smoothly", said the Central Java
Police Chief.
Furthermore, monitoring was continued by
meeting representatives of Bank BNI Magelang Branch, in the meeting to carry
out an assessment related to the progress of the distribution of the Basic Food
Program in Magelang Regency and Magelang City.
During the meeting, the Director General of
PFM expressed his hope that the distribution of Social Assistance would run
according to the 6T principles (Right on target, Right on time, Right in
quantity, Right on price, Right on quality, and on right administration) as
well as paying attention to the duties and functions of each working unit
implementing the Social Assistance Program.
