JAKARTA (23 August 2024) – Inspectorate General, through the Analysis and Follow-up on Report on Audit Findings Team, along with auditor representatives from the Inspectorate of Social Rehabilitation, Inspectorate of Social Empowerment, Inspectorate of Social Protection and Security, and Inspectorate of Supporting System, conducted a Formulation of Summary Report on Audit Findings for the First Semester of 2024. The activity took place from August 21st to 23rd, 2024, at Sentra Handayani, Jakarta.

The formulation of this report summary was part of the main duties of the Inspectorate General as Internal Government Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in conducting internal supervision within the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA), which would later be submitted directly to MoSA and copied to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. During the opening of the event, the Acting Inspector General, Dody Sukmono requested that each Field Inspectorate collaborate so that the formulation of the report summary would run smoothly and be completed on time. "I hope all Inspectorates provide data support to facilitate the formulation of the report. If there are criteria that require data sharing, please communicate them together," Dody advised.

The preparation of the summary refers to Government Regulation No. 60 of 2008 on the Government Internal Control System and Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 2 of 2023 on Internal Supervision within MoSA, which regulates the periodic reporting of supervision results. The report summary prepared includes the results of audit supervision, evaluation, review, and assistance, with data sourced from the supervision conducted by auditors in each Field Inspectorate. The stages of report preparation included data confirmation and refinement, uploading the softcopy of the Report on Audit Findings, and compiling data on the realization of audit activities. This report was expected to serve as a basis for decision-making and further policies by the MoSA leader.
