JAKARTA (September 23, 2019) - Director of General Directorate of Social Empowerment Pepen Nazaruddin witnessed a handing-over event and giving  a speech to congratulate the Officer of Eselon 3 and 4 in General Directorate of Social Empowerment. This event was held right after inauguration event by Minister of Social Agus Gumiwang at Gedung Aneka Bhakti on monday morning.
