JAKARTA (January 15, 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs has distributed aid of 1.7 billion rupiah for earthquake victims in West Sulawesi. The aid was sent by Air Force Hercules aircraft through Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in Jakarta, Friday (15/1) afternoon.

The Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims (PSKBA) of the Ministry of Social Affairs, M. Safii Nasution, directly escorted the aid by joining the Hercules plane, after previously Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini and the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) also left for West Sulawesi.

The details of the assistance provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs include 2,500 ready-to-eat food packages, 1,200 children's food packages, 500 roll tents, 1,000 mattresses, 700 blankets, 200 kitchen utensils packages, 10 multipurpose tents, 500 kids ware packages, 500 food ware packages, 40 velbed units, 370 mattresses, 30 clothing packages, and 20 packages of Disaster Preparedness Cadets (Tagana) equipment.
