KARO (7 December 2020) - The Ministry of Social Affairs handed over permanent housing assistance (huntap) to 892 families of victims of the Mount Sinabung eruption disaster, relocation stage III, valued at IDR 2,676,000,000 and assistance for house building materials (BBR), the contents of permanent housing and productive economic enterprises (UEP) to 8 families / units of houses for victims of the fire disaster worth IDR 264,000,000.

In addition, victims of the Mount Sinabung eruption disaster and the Berastagi Market fire also received 1,500 food packages worth Rp. 300,000,000. The assistance was immediately handed over by the Minister's Senior Advisor for Social Accessibility, Sonny W. Manalu, to the Karo Regent, Terkelin Brahmana and witnessed by the Chairman of the North Sumatra DPRD, Baskami Ginting and the Head of Sub-Directorate for Social Recovery and Strengthening, Pudak Bektiwidari, Monday (7/12).
