PACITAN (19 March 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs conducted dissemination, training and the establishment of area-based Disaster Alert Villages (KSB) in a number of districts, especially in the southern region of East Java Province, which are prone to Megathrust threats.

KSB was formed under the name Angkar Grindulu, which was taken from the name of the largest river in Pacitan, whose membership involves two villages, namely Kembang Village and Sirnoboyo Village in Pacitan District, Pacitan Regency, East Java.

For three days, from Thursday (18/3) to Saturday (20/3), they were given an understanding of socialization and training with the aim of forming them into volunteers who are in disaster management, either before, during, and post disaster.
