The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, through the Directorate General of Social Empowerment, continues to distribute social assistance, in the form of food packages for residents affected by COVID-19 in Tabanan and Denpasar, Bali.
"We are here to help people affected by COVID-19 who need social assistance but have not received assistance from the central government," said Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' Dharma Wanita Advisor Grace Batubara in Denpasar, Bali, Monday (7/9/2020).
Grace Batubara distributed social assistance in the form of as many as 1000 basic food packages through the Mercy Indonesia Foundation for employees who were laid off in Denpasar and its surroundings.
The distribution of basic food packages, said Grace, hopes that it can help at the same time ease the burden on residents from the impact of COVID-19 that is currently happening.
