#KemensosHADIR has become a new tagline launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, which also coincides with the 100 working days of the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara (@juliaribatubara). H-A-D-I-R is the translation of Humanist, Adaptive, Dedicative, Inclusive, and Responsive. If explained more broadly, the explanation is as follows:
Humanist: means always using a humanist approach to work.
Adaptive: Work Programs are designed to be easy to adapt in all conditions.
Dedicative: Ministry of Social Human Resources always work with dedication.
Inclusive: always working in the concept of involving all stakeholders.
Responsive: all programs and human resources at work must have a high sense of urgency.
The existence of #KemensosHADIR will be a new foundation for the Ministry of Social Affairs in working and implementing various programs that have been prepared in order to achieve the goals and hopes in 2020. This year, @kemensosri will focus on strengthening social empowerment programs in poverty reduction strategies, strengthening services advanced social rehabilitation, strengthening the capacity of human resources for social welfare personnel and personnel, strengthening preparedness and response in disaster management and strengthening regulations on the implementation of social welfare programs.
