The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security held Technical Guidance on Human Resources (HR) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in 2021. The activity, which was attended by PKH HR from all over Indonesia, lasted for two days in Malang, East Java, 1-2 May 2021.

Secretary of the Directorate General of Social and Social Security, Robben Rico, explained that the Bimtek aims to equalize the frequency and understanding of PKH human resources so that the implementation of PKH throughout Indonesia goes hand in hand.
