After the landslide incident in Selopuro Hamlet, Ngetos Village, Ngetos District, Nganjuk Regency which buried dozens of residents' houses, on Tuesday (16/2), Social Minister Tri Rismaharini handed over assistance to Nganjuk Regency Government worth IDR 443,940,300 consisting of logistical assistance, expert compensation inheritance for 12 families of victims who died, as well as compensation for 2 survivors with serious injuries.
In addition to the Minister of Social Affairs, Menko PMK Muhadjir Effendy was also present to review the main post for landslide emergency response and handed over assistance to the Nganjuk Regency Government in the form of 2,000 pieces of cloth masks and children's masks, 200 antigen rapid test kits, 200 pcs of gloves, and 100 pcs of mattresses.
As of Tuesday afternoon (16/2), it was reported that out of a total of 21 victims buried by landslides and had been declared missing, 14 victims had been found with details of 12 dead, 2 survivors, while 7 others were still in search.
