On this occasion, the Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini explained five assistive devices for persons with disabilities resulting from innovations by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The creation of this tool is intended to encourage their independence.

Some of these aids are adaptive walking sticks for visual disabilities, adaptive wheelchairs for people with cerebral palsy, three-wheeled motorcycles for physical disabilities, wristbands for speech-deaf disabilities (Gruwi), and wristbands for mental disabilities (Grita).

In fact, for the sake of realizing this program, instead of using the budget for the construction/repair of buildings, the budget is instead diverted to help persons with disabilities in the country by creating assistive devices for them.
