The Ministry of Social Affairs was named as one of the agencies that succeeded in implementing public service innovations that are inclusive and friendly to vulnerable groups.

The event with the theme “Realizing a Transformative, Innovative, and Inclusive Public Service Ecosystem” was held as an effort to measure the success of Impactful Bureaucratic Reform in Indonesia. At this event, the Ministry of Social Affairs won 7 awards consisting of 1 award for Vulnerable Group Friendly Public Service Development, 1 Award from the Top 5 Innovation Sustainability Group, and 5 Awards from the Top 5 Innovation Replication Group.
