Accelerating Extreme Poverty Handling, Ministry of Social Affairs Strengthens PKH HR Capacity
PANDEGLANG (August 25, 2023) - The enthusiastic yells of PKH human resources echoed the night in Pandeglang Regency. A total of 341 PKH HR enthusiastically attended the Strengthening the Capacity of Human Resources for the Family Hope Program, Wednesday (23/08).
"I am grateful for the enthusiasm of PKH Facilitator, even though it is late at night, but everyone is still enthusiastic," said the Director General of Social Protection and Security of the Republic of Indonesia as well as Acting. Secretary General of the Ministry of Social Affairs Robben Rico, while greeting the PKH assistants who were compactly present wearing their maroon uniforms.
The activity which was held as a forum for PKH HR gathering was attended by PKH Facilitators and regional coordinators from the Pandeglang and Banten areas, as well as the Banten Provincial Regional Office.
In the midst of the hustle and bustle and enthusiasm of the PKH assistants, Robben also appreciated the performance of the PKH assistants. Robben believes that with their high enthusiasm, poverty can be alleviated. One of them is realized by the inclusion of neat and clear proof of work.
"I advise to Work neatly. All data updates are filed neatly and clearly. If there is a failure to distribute, you have to explain the reason. With regular data updating, KPM slots that have graduated or have died can be replaced by other people. So that the assistance will expand and poverty can be alleviated," said Robben.
In line with Robben, Member of Commission VIII DPR RI Moh Hasbi Asyidiki emphasized the same thing. According to him, a common vision in eradicating extreme poverty is the foundation for realizing a golden Indonesia.
"With a common vision, a golden Indonesia can be realized. What is the vision? Yes, extreme poverty can be eradicated. This is where PKH facilitators play a big role," Hasbi said.
Hasbi emphasized that PKH HR must remain polite and full of integrity in carrying out their duties because the struggle to alleviate poverty is still long. and the assistants must continue to provide support so that KPM can be integrated.
"I leave a message to all my friends. The principles of courtesy and integrity must be held, not just a program. Our struggle to eradicate poverty is still long. There are still many things to fight for. But I really hope that these PKH HR will continue to help the community so that they can graduate, from being unable to become capable," Hasbi also advised.
Iyep (30), a PKH facilitator from Pandeglang Regency also expressed his enthusiasm for participating in this gathering event. Iyep is happy because besides being able to meet with his fellow assistants, he also gained knowledge.
"I am happy that there are activities like this. I can gather with friends from all over Pandeglang and Banten. Then my friends and I were also explained about the sundries of PKH. So yes, apart from being happy to gather, but I also gained knowledge. There is often a gathering forum like this," said Iyep enthusiastically.
