The government has decided to extend social assistance until December 2020. From the previous two times a month to once a month the distribution of social assistance.

"The government has decided to extend social assistance until December. It is different from the previous two times a month, so the distribution is once a month, ”said Juliari.

The Ministry of Social Affairs does not tolerate cutting social assistance by any party, so residents can immediately report it to the police.

"If residents feel aggrieved because there is an act of cutting social assistance, they should refuse and report to the police to be handled," he said.

The distribution of social assistance in Bogor Regency has run smoothly, this is because there is good cooperation, coordination and communication with the regional government (Pemda).

Since the beginning, the Ministry of Social Affairs has opened the door for provincial, district / city governments to coordinate and communicate for smooth distribution of social assistance.

"We opened ourselves from the start with the regional government, contacted regional heads and asked about obstacles that could interfere with the distribution of social assistance," said Juliari.

Although it is not easy, for example in Bogor as the largest and most densely populated district in Indonesia, good relations and coordination have made the distribution of basic food assistance and BST programs run smoothly.
