JAKARTA (December 14, 2020) - Being a person with disability is not an obstacle to achieving without limits. This is what Dian Inggrawati Soebangil has proven.

The Civil Servant (ASN) of the Ministry of Social Affairs has proven this with the myriad of achievements she has received. The latest is winning the award for the third place in the inspiring ASN in 2020.

The award ceremony was organized by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB).

For information, the ASN Award is an award for ASN figures who have made a real contribution to organizations and society. This event is also expected to be a spark of enthusiasm for the ranks of ASN in all corners of the archipelago.

Dian as she is familiarly called, was placed to work at the Education Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S), one of the echelon one work units of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

The Head of BP3S, Syahabuddin said he was proud because one of his employees could be an inspiration to many people.

"This is very proud and can be an example for other ASN in the Ministry of Social Affairs and even ASN throughout the archipelago," said Syahabuddin.

Furthermore, Syahabuddin also said that in the midst of his communication limitations. Dian always works professionally in completing work targets.

"Dian communicates with me and her co-workers using sign language every day," explained the Head of BP3S

Meanwhile, met at the same place, Dian admitted that she was very happy and proud to receive this award.

"I dedicate all these achievements to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs," she said

The former global ambassador of the nation in 2015, also hopes that she can be an inspiration and for the spirit of all other ASNs not to give up and continue to work for the progress of Indonesia.
