TAPIN (December 17th 2019) - Tapin Regency was chosen as one of the Regencies / Cities that was visited by the The Cross Border Social Solidarity (LBKS) in commemoration of the National Social Solidarity Day (HKSN) 2019.
Cross Boundary Social Solidarity, Solidarity Moving along the route from Tabalong Regency, Balangan Regency, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, Tapin Regency, Banjar Regency, and Banjarmasin City.
LBKS activities aim to preserve the values of social solidarity which are formulated in the form of outreach by sending (expedition) land and river, in the form of a vehicle expedition team to distribute various kinds of assistance across various regions in South Kalimantan.
On behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, who attended this activity, the Head of the Research and Counseling Education Agency (BP3S) of the Ministry of Social Affairs Prof. Syahabuddin, Tuesday (17/12/2019).
In his written remarks read out by the Head of BP3S, Minister of Social Affairs Juliari P. Batubara stated, LBKS is very strategic in greeting, sympathizing and empathizing with people in need. From this activity, said the Minister of Social Affairs, hopefully that social solidarity can be established between various components of society.
"It should be our collective record, that National Social Solidarity does not only belong to the Ministry of Social Affairs, but belongs to the entire Indonesian nation," said the Minister of Social Affairs.
The Minister of Social Affairs reminded again that the Indonesian nation is a nation that has the same Godhead, so that every action we need to be based on prayer, sincerity, sincerely surrender but we will continue to do with all our might.
"We mobilize thoughts, plans, strategies, networks to jointly ease the burden on our brothers and sisters who need our attention as a form of the State's presence in the community," said the Minister of Social Affairs.
Meanwhile, on the same occasion, the Governor of South Kalimantan H. Sahbirin Noor, who was also present at LBKS Stage IV, said "Doing good even though you don't know each other, that's called solidarity that will always be in touch with humanity," said Sahbirin.
The Governor of South Kalimantan who is familiarly called Uncle Birin also explained, "If social feelings will never be extinct, because every human being has his own social heart."
Deputy Regent of Tapin Regency, H Syafrudin Noor who gave a welcome speech, felt very grateful Tapin Regency is one of the LBKS points. "It is an honor to be one of the LBKS points, of course this is a spirit for all," he said.
When met after the peak activities of the LBKS event in Tapin Regency, the Chairperson of the LBKS Committee, Bambang Mulyadi said that there were six districts / cities that became the stage of the LBKS. Tapin Regency is one of the six districts / cities.
"The core of this LBKS activity is social service from various potentials. So that not only from the Central Government, namely the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, is involved, but also the areas where the HKSN locations are carried out. Particularly on the stage that LBKS passes through," said Bambang.
