BANDUNG (December 31st 2019) - The Bandung Social Welfare Polytechnic (Poltekesos) made payments related to land acquisition for the construction of campus II of the Bandung Social Welfare Polytechnic located in Soreang Village, Soreang District, Bandung Regency, Tuesday (31/12/2019).
In the event that was held at the Indonesian Civil Service Corps Building, Bandung regency Government Complex Jalan Raya Soreang Km 17 Bandung Regency, the Head of the Research and Social Counseling Education Agency (BP3S) of the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) Prof. Syahabuddin said that the Minister of Social Affairs thanked the citizens who had willing and sincere to release the land for the construction of the social welfare Polytechnic campus II.
"I also want to convey a message from the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Juliari P Batubara. The minister also expressed his gratitude to the residents who had released their land for education. Because this education is invaluable and this is a form of investment for the short and long term," said Prof. Syahabuddin.
The construction of the Social Welfare Polytechnic Campus II is also in order to help the vision and mission of the President and Vice President in creating advanced Indonesian human resources to improve human resources that can prosper the people.
"We will continue to improve the existing human resources, because in the future the programs that will be developed will not only be S1, but also S2 and S3," he added.
The former lecturer at IAIN Palu also expressed his gratitude. Alhamdulillah, seeing the happy faces of the land owners who were present today for the transaction. This is a noble goal for the education of our children and grandchildren in the future. For charity, ladies and gentlemen.
Syahabuddin also added that there were no pragmatic interests. This is all to support education, especially in the field of social welfare. For this reason, I advise the landowners to reinvest this money.
"I remind you again in order to reinvest this money, don't buy unnecessary things and use this money into a business that can support the economy, ladies and gentlemen," he concluded.
