JAKARTA (November 1, 2024) - Vice Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo Priyono came directly to the homes of elderly, disabled, and YAPI beneficiaries in Bambu Apus Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta. The Vice Minister of Social Affairs' arrival was to identify problems and ensure that the Ministry of Social Affairs' programs were running well.

During his visit, the Vice Minister of Social Affairs delivered assistance to Irfan Fahrudin (40), a person with intellectual disabilities, who received disability food assistance. In addition to food, Irfan also received assistance for home repairs, room facilities in the form of a mattress and wardrobe, dish racks, nutrition, clothing, and personal hygiene assistance. Irfan's biological mother also received assistance for a mobile ice business from the Ministry of Social Affairs.

In addition to disabled beneficiaries, the Vice Minister of Social Affairs also visited the home of Ar Djamaludin (77), an elderly recipient of food assistance. The elderly person who used to work as a Koran teacher received assistance in the form of nutrition, personal hygiene equipment, clothing and room facilities.

Not only that, Vice Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo Priyono also visited the home of one of the children receiving assistance from the YAPI (Orphans/Orphans/Orphans) program, Sahrul Hasibuan (16). The Vice Minister of Social Affairs' visit was to provide moral support and motivation to Sahrul to continue learning and achieving at school, as well as encouraging the family to remain optimistic despite facing various challenges.
