BEKASI (February 28, 2024) - The Ministry of Social Affairs is holding a Dissemination and Review of the 2023 Community Satisfaction Survey report as mandated by Law 25/2009 concerning Public Services, participants in the dissemination and review consist of work units in charge of organizations or public services within the Ministry of Social Affairs.

This dissemination and review activity was accompanied by Young Policy Analyst Assistant Deputy for Community Participation Empowerment Deputy for Public Services at the Ministry of PANRB Fanoeel Thamrin, S.T., M.Kom. According to him, community involvement, starting from policy formulation to evaluation, is in line with the public service paradigm known as public service logic.

Furthermore, Fanoeel Thamrin explained that PANRB Ministerial Regulation number 15 of 2014 concerning Service Standard Guidelines states that the components of service standards include requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, service periods, costs/tariffs, service products, as well as complaints, suggestions, and input.
