JAKARTA (18 May 2021) - The Social MinisterTri Rismaharini conducts unannounced inspections at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Salemba Jakarta.

"We have tried to control the employees to not going to their hometown. But it is not easy," said the Social Minister in Jakarta, Tuesday (18/5/2021) morning.

Yesterday, mass antigen swab test was held for all employees consisting of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and canteen workers as anticipation.

"This is an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Previously we found 1 reactive case here and 1 from Cawang office. They were immediately tested with PCR test," said the Social Minister.

Antigen swab tests are also carried out for drivers, cleaning services and security units working in the Ministry of Social Affairs environment.

"At the Ministry of Social Affairs Salemba Office, there are more or less 2 thousand employees and all of them have to get antigen swab test before coming to work.  The tests were carried out in two days, yesterday and today with 50% capacity per day," said the Social Minister.

The community service, said the Social Minister, started from the habit once the employees enter the room. If the rooms were still dirty, they needed to clean it immediately.

"This is the first community service held and participated by all employees so that the workplace can get fresh air and the work environment can be more comfortable," she said.

After that, the Social Minister walked through the rooms in the Salemba Ministry of Social Affairs complex, greeting employees who had antigen swab tests the day before and leading to tidy up the room and arranging items that looked untidy.
